Third-party costs and payments are not included unless explicitly indicated.
In case of cancellation or rescheduling, the rules defined in the quote/order apply. Work already delivered remains due.
We use reasonable efforts to deliver planning support aligned with your request, without guaranteeing outcomes (weather, availability, third‑party decisions, etc.).
We are not responsible for services performed by third parties you contract with directly.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
